Shipping Destination
We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
There are no hidden charges at checkout.
Shipping Timeframes
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London), Monday – Friday.
Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday – Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery: 6–10 business days.
Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Modification
If you need to modify your order, such as changing the shipping address, please contact us at support@strovlo.com as soon as possible.
Order modifications are only possible before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address or order contents.
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may limit our ability to assist.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If you do not receive this email, please contact us at support@strovlo.com and we will assist you.

If Tracking Shows Delivered but you have not received your order
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Contact the carrier directly to request a delivery verification.
- Send proof of non-delivery to support@strovlo.com so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
